Replace every HIGHLIGHTED field, and make sure each address below actually receives mail. A published contact route that bounces is worse than one you never offered — and for the privacy address it is a compliance failure, since GDPR requires a working channel for data requests.

These three details resolve most tickets on the first reply:
- Your store domain (
yourstore.myshopify.com). - An order number, if the issue concerns a specific order.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
Making a data protection request
If you are a shopper who ordered from a store using Hybrid, the store is the controller of your data — contacting them directly is usually fastest. You can also write to us and we will action it.
Include the store domain and the email or phone used on the order. We need these because our fraud-prevention records store only irreversible hashes, never readable contact details — locating your records means re-hashing what you give us and matching. Full detail on our GDPR page.
